    * At 832 AM EST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain that will cause
    flooding. One to one and a half inches of rain has already fallen.
    Another inch of rain is possible through this afternoon in this
    area.
    * Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Rochester, Greece, Irondequoit, Chili, Geneva, Canandaigua, Geneseo
    and East Rochester.
    This includes the following highways...
    Interstate 390 between exits 4 and 12.
    Interstate 90 between exits 47 and 40.

    The Onondaga Lake At Liverpool.
    * From 4 AM Saturday until further notice.
    * At 3 AM Saturday the stage was 366.0 feet.
    * Flood stage is 366.0 feet.
    * Minor flooding is forecast.
    * Forecast...The lake is forecast to rise above flood stage by 4 AM
    and then crest near 366.8 feet by 1 PM Sunday.
    * Impact...At 366.0 feet...Minor flood stage. Trails at Onondaga Lake Park are
    flooded. Marina usage is also impacted. Areas downstream of the lake, in the
    vicinity of Hayes Road, may be affected by flood waters.
